This year's Franklin County Chamber Business of the Year Award winner goes to Otis Federal Credit Union! Otis is a full-service financial center offering real estate, auto, and personal lending; online and mobile banking; a variety of checking, savings, and investment accounts; Visa debit and credit cards; financial planning; and much more. Since its inception, OTIS has been committed not only to providing quality financial products and services to its shareholders, but to giving back to the community. OTIS serves more than 11,000 members and holds over $250 million in assets, employing 26 people from Jay and the surrounding area.



One of Otis’s cornerstones is to provide exceptional customer service to their members. Over the last 19 years, they have given back over $6.9 million to their members in the form of an Annual Bonus Dividend & Interest Refund, the only program of its kind in the state, and one of only a few in the entire country. They are in the works of renovating their branch. They have recently added several new financial services/products, including indirect lending, a personal line of credit, online account opening, and Teen Flex Accounts, with other new offerings coming down the pipeline.
