Our Mission & Values

The Franklin County Chamber of Commerce was formed in 2004, in order to assist small and medium-sized companies focused on local customers, in the greater Franklin County area. Today, the Franklin County Chamber still provides these local businesses with empowerment and advantages through networking, advocacy, and education.

The Chamber of Commerce is made up of Franklin County business owners and community members dedicated to creating a fertile business environment to attract more jobs, infrastructure, and economic development. At the Franklin County Chamber, we help local businesses succeed. Our members are an interconnected web of professionals who know each others’ businesses and products. Many of them are each other’s best advocates and source of referrals.

The cost to join the Franklin County Chamber is lower than most other Maine Chambers. We’ve trimmed the fat from our offerings and provide benefits members of larger Chambers of Commerce enjoy. We’ve built our membership base with local business owners looking to elevate their brand and improve business.

Joining the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce provides your business with more advertising and marketing opportunities, and increases business visibility by assisting in your public relations efforts and by listing your business on our website, all social media, and our newsletter.
